Service Period & Weight
The base price covers dumpster service for up to 10 days per cycle. A shorter stay does not reduce the base price. Additional days beyond 10 are $10 each. Construction and municipal waste containers include the weight allowance shown in your selection; additional weight is $70 per ton. Clean concrete and clean dirt are flat-rate services only while the load remains clean. All compactor disposal weight is charged separately.
Mileage & County Franchise Fees
Delivery pricing depends on driving-route distance from our Jacksonville yard (NFRO HQ, 32207), and the service selected. Dumpster and compactor travel requirements differ. Real addresses use Google driving mileage; sample destinations are clearly marked as illustrations. Road suitability and mileage assumptions require dispatch confirmation before paid booking.
Some counties require a franchise license to haul dumpsters in their area and charge franchise fees on that service. We pass these fees on: Clay County is 16.279% of service charges, including pickup charges, and St. Johns County is 10% of the container charge. Clean concrete and clean dirt containers carry no franchise fees. County and municipal boundaries must be confirmed for the actual job site.
We do not hold a franchise license for the City of St. Augustine or the City of St. Augustine Beach, so we cannot deliver within those city limits. We can deliver to St. Augustine addresses outside the city limits and throughout St. Johns County.
Scheduling, Exchanges & Pickup
Pickup and exchanges must be requested in writing; they are not automatically scheduled. Each removal and emptying starts a new service cycle and a new service charge, covering up to 10 days again. Same- or next-day delivery may be available, subject to dispatch confirmation. Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and trucks run from 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday service carries a $100 fee and Sunday service carries a $150 fee. Holiday service is available for an additional fee; contact dispatch to arrange it. Access & Waiting Time
Military base delivery carries a $200 access fee. Keep the container accessible for delivery, exchange, and pickup. An unsuccessful service attempt may incur a $250 dry-run charge, adjusted by dispatch for circumstances and additional mileage. A live load includes 30 minutes on site; additional time is $150 per hour, with billing details confirmed by dispatch.
Container Covers
Containers are supplied without lids; customers can arrange a tarp when a cover is needed. The online estimate uses the standard ten-day service cycle.
Prohibited Materials & Extra Handling
Batteries, propane tanks, paints, solvents, and hazardous waste are prohibited. Tires, mattresses, and large appliances require prior approval and separate handling. The fee sheet lists $60 per tire, $75 per mattress, and $100 per appliance for additional handling. These charges do not override material restrictions.
Payments
The supplied schedule states a 3% credit card processing fee effective January 1, 2026 and treats the offering as a hauling service. This website does not collect payments or store card details. Our team confirms your final price, availability, and payment arrangements with you directly.
